This book starts about 4 years after the end of Wolf Tech 4 - The Academy and covers about 17 years. It has one of the elders passing, and many pups being born. It also covers the Weres coming out to the humans, reluctantly. Many interesting revelations and details about them coming out happen.

MaxD01 helped to Co-author much of this story.

• The Will of the Goddess overlaps the first few chapters.
• Hammers in the Shadows overlaps Wattpad version Chapter 6.
• Thawing of the Ice follows Hammers in the Shadows, and exists before Wattpad version chapter 7.

The story Dan and the Nekos by MaxD01 is referenced in Chapter 14. This book also has some cross-over by some characters of the Folican Chronicles during the coming out.

Chapters were published as a “Polished First Draft” between January 1 and March 7, 2017 with a combined word count of 168512 words, averaging 6018 words per chapter.

During edits, to integrate The Will of the Goddess (Which was released concurrent with beginning of WT5), Hammers in the Shadows, and Thawing of the Ice (Which both were written after WT5) better, Chapter 7 was extensively expanded, pushing much of the Wattpad version into Chapter 8, and causing a re-enumeration of the chapters.

As of Mar 31, 2024, the story has 218222 words!
